ABOUT
The Liberty Music Festival is Ireland’s Premier Outdoor Tribute Bands Festival. Now in its 2nd year, this festival is one not to be missed. We have some of the best Irish and UK Tribute Acts performing with us once again over the weekend of July 6th and 7th 2024 in the picturesque and beautiful Town Park in Thurles, Co Tipperary.

Liberty Music Festival will take place in Thurles town park just off Liberty Square.

With the exception of the festival selling out, there will be a box office on-site with tickets on sale. To guarantee entry, we do not recommend waiting to purchase until the day of the festival. To ensure a ticket, we recommend to purchase your ticket in advance of the festival.
WRISTBANDS
Upon entry to the festival site all tickets will be exchanged for wristbands. Wristbands are the responsibility of all attending and must be worn at all times. Damaged or broken wristbands will be deemed invalid and re-entry to the festival will be denied
Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry at the festival. Wristbands are valid for both nights of the festival and must remain untampered.
IMPORTANT: If a wristband is damaged or broken it will be deemed to be invalid and re-entry to the festival will be denied.
SECURITY
A fully trained and professional security team will be on site for the full duration of the festival to ensure the safety of all attendees. They will have full authority to refuse admission and / or remove anyone that they deem unfit to enter or remain within the festival site. They will also be carrying out security checks at the entrance area of the festival site to check for forbidden items which they have authority to remove. The right to refuse admission is reserved
ENTRY
Entry into the festival site will be from the Cathedral Street side of the Town Park. Entrance from the Emmet Street side of the Town Park will be forbidden as this point will be used as an exit area only
PLEASE NOTE: Persons aged under 18 (i.e. aged 17 or younger) with valid tickets will be allowed entry to ONLY when accompanied by an adult (18+). Access to the grounds without an accompanying adult is not permitted.
VENDORS
We will have a number of Vendors selling various types of Gourmet Food and Refreshments on site
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
There will be a fully licensed Bar on site selling alcohol. ID will be required and strictly enforced. Anybody attempting to bring in their own alcoholic drinks will have them confiscated at the point of entry
SEATING
There will be a small number of picnic tables provided on site but we are encouraging attendees to bring their own folding chairs
ACCESSIBILITY
Our venue, Thurles Town Park is fully accessible for all those with reduced or limited mobility including wheelchair users
