I’ve been a few times and had a blast everytime but I have to say it felt oversold this year. We got stuck down the back both days as there wasn’t even standing room anywhere you could see the stage. So we couldn’t see anything and the sound was muffled. There needed to be a second screen and speakers halfway. The toilets were spotless and very efficient but she sheer number of people meant that the queue was often back beyond the public toilet kiosk and the ice-cream van. The bar was worse my husband queued for over an hour to get a drink. That said, I can’t fault the people in Thurles they are the friendliest by a mile from the people working the park , the bus drivers and the staff in the rugby grounds. It won’t stop me coming back to Thurles but might influence whether I buy the festival tickets.

Best organised and best run Festival in the country. The line up was amazing. Superb facilities and the staff/volunteers were outstanding and a credit to the event, especially the stewards who had the challenging job of keeping emergency routes clear and did so in such a polite and good humoured manner. Definitely 💯 recommend and looking forward to next year!

Really well organised, fantastic bands, great food court, center of town, absolutely brilliant weekend. Worth every penny.

Everything so well organised and staff were lovely. However a few small sugestions for next year. The positions of the the two black sound tents were blocking the view of the stage for a lot of people. Could these be moved to either side or elevated on a scaffold so that peoples view would not be blocked. The stage could be higher so that people who were seated could see the bands. We stayed in our camper at the rugby club and all the staff were fantastic and everything clean and well organised. Realy enjoyed our weekend and will definetly be back next year.

Can’t wait for next year. Too many great bands
