Both campsites at Thurles Rugby club and Thurles Gaels GAA Club are approx 15 to 20 minutes walk to the festival site. However both sites will be providing a regular shuttle bus service to and from the festival site.

All tickets are sold through Tickets.ie.  We, unfortunately do not have access to their systems so we would be unable to help you but you can contact Tickets.ie directly via this email address and they will help you. orders@tickets.ie

Again all tickets purchased are purchased through tickets.ie and tickets.ie regrets that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

This policy is clearly outlined in their Terms & Conditions which customers agree to when purchasing from Tickets.ie. Please refer to the booking process pages on their website to view the checkbox indicating that the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.

Yes, you certainly can.  In fact we recommend you do.

We will have a variety of food vendors on site to cater for most dietary needs and you are free to bring your own food too. Remove any packaging before you bring food to the festival or choose items that have compostable packaging. Glass and single-use plastics are strictly prohibited and remember that BBQs and gas cookers are also prohibited, so don’t bring anything that needs to be cooked.

Yes of course. Once you’ve exchanged your ticket for your wristband on initial entry to the festival, you can leave and re-enter for as long as your wristband is valid. Kids under 18 who leave the venue may have issues returning unless they are accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.  Don’t forget, last entry into the venue every day is 22:00.
